Late arrivals
With the new season just over a week away, Neale Cooper added defender Andy Jordan and striker Paul Robinson to his squad. Robinson started well and briefly led the divisional scoring charts after a hat-trick against Grimsby, but his bright start faded and he featured less often as the season progressed. Jordan did less well, playing only six times.
