Highly-rated midfielder Aaron Tshibola came through the ranks at Reading and made his league debut for the Royals against Nottingham Forest in August 2014. Four months later that remained the youngster's only league appearance and new Royals manager Steve Clarke was open to allowing him to make a loan move to get some league football under his belt. With Pools struggling at the foot of the Football League, manager Ronnie Moore was looking to inject a bit of quality into the side, and he took the opportunity to acquire Tshibola's services on a one month loan deal.
